Through Mystockings.co.uk website you can place an order for ready to ship and pre-order items. When you place an order through our website you enter into contract with VCTE Ltd. By using this website you consent to having read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Please, allow yourself some time and read it carefully, for your own record we recommend that you print it out and have a reminder of what you have agreed to.
Communication
By placing an order through Mystockings.co.uk you authorize us to send you e-mails strictly related to your order. Order confirmations, dispatch notifications, invoices, feed-back claimers are sent electronically. You can choose not to receive e-mails from Mystockings of our sales and offers.

The Ordering process and Payment
Through Mystockings.co.uk website you can place an order for ready to ship items. If You are older than 18 years of age, legally capable and authorised to enter into a contract you place an order.
If you place an order for an item the following happens:
You can complete your purchase by using Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop or your credit card. Mystockings accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At the completion of the checkout process we ask for your credit card details - your credit card details are safe with us and are not saved - and the full amount displayed during checkout will be immediately charged, your order will be processed and set ready for dispatch.
Order confirmation and dispatch notification of your order will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
This process is beyond our competency, this is why we cannot add additional items to your order once you left checkout. If you would like to add an item you must go through checkout one more time.
Mystockings reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Mystockings cancels an order after you have already been billed, Mystockings will refund the billed amount.
Delivery
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Customs and import duties and local taxes are applied as the parcel enters the destination country, vary from country to country, determined by local laws and regulations and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
From 1 July 2021 the value added tax (VAT) exemption for the importation of goods not exceeding EUR 22 will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT. The VAT is paid by the buyer on receipt of the purchased goods.
The delivery of INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £100 is free of charge and tracking is provided.
All orders are hand-wrapped in tissue paper and posted in discreet packaging. Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day.
Your invoice will be sent electronically to your registered e-mail address, no invoice is sent in the parcel. All orders are sent by Royal Mail, DPD or DHL from the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided by the postal service. Dispatch notification of your order will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
UK DELIVERY
Delivery times vary between 2-4 days.
UK orders over £50 are shipped free of charge. (Standard Mail, tracked)

If your order has not arrived as a UK customer you are to wait 10 working days after the estimated delivery time before a claim could be placed. Delays in postal services may occur due to higher demands at times of holidays or special shopping periods e.g. Black Friday.

If your order has not arrived as European customer you are to wait 30 days after the estimated delivery time before a claim could be placed. Your order may be held up with postal or customs officials.
DPD, DHL: from £25.10, usually 2-3 working days, tracked and requires signature on delivery
Items sent to the EU from England, Scotland and Wales are subject VAT and duties in the EU. Usual delivery times are between 9-21 days. Most parcels usually arrive without any complications but due to the extraordinary circumstances delays may occur.

Cancellation and Returns
You can change your mind and cancel your order. Your right to cancel an order for products starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive them. Cancellation must be done in writing via e-mail to mystockings@mystokings.co.uk.. Items should be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Due to the intimate nature of our products only unopened packages can be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault. Any products purchased that are advertised as on sale cannot be returned for a refund.

We advise you to have proof of postage. We can only refund you if we receive the return product. On a returned product you will have to pay the postage. If there is a manufacturing fault, either you will have a full refund or a replacement delivered to you for free of charge within maximum 14 days. We will try sort out everything within 2 working days of receipt.
Please note that if products have been delivered we will reimburse to you the cost of the products once you have returned them to us, but not the cost of delivery.
You will also be responsible for paying any duties or tax payable on the products if returned to MyStockings when delivered back to the UK.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS
All customers of Mystockings are eligible to review the purchased products by placing stars and reviews in the Customer Review box. All submitted reviews are subject to confirmation of eligibility. The names of the review authors will be published in the form they entered them. Decency is expected.
